What we collect
If you use the strategy-call form, we receive what you enter: your name, business email, company name, website (if given), average price of a service or product (if given), size of your support team (if given), approximate inquiry volume (if given), and any other information you choose to add. If you book a time on this site, we also receive the time you choose, and your booking details are stored in the calendar, spreadsheet and email accounts we use to run our business (Google Calendar, Google Sheets and Gmail), where a video-call link may be created for the meeting.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
How we use it

- To keep the website secure and working
We do not sell your information.
Who processes it
Form submissions are sent to a form-handling service we use to deliver them to us, and are then stored in our email and business tools. When online scheduling is enabled, the booking page is provided by a third-party scheduling service, and its use is also covered by that provider's own privacy policy. These providers process information on our behalf or as independent services, and we choose them with care, but we do not control their systems.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. A third-party scheduling embed, if enabled, may set its own cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards. We delete them on request unless we have a legal reason to keep them.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email contact@larpintelligence.com.
Systems we build for clients
This policy covers this website only. The systems we design and implement for clients process information on behalf of those clients, under arrangements agreed with each client.
